Every day, many times a day I find this...
OR
For M's second Halloween we traveled to Missouri and spent it with cousins.
Here she is our little fairy. She wore this dress everyday for a week, I even let her wear it to church. She already knew what she wanted to wear even at 1 and a 1/2.
The best thing about hand me downs...getting to use a favorite outfit or costume again. Here is S's first Halloween. This year I added the adorable antennas. My girls had issues with looking at the camera for some reason.
My super cute niece was JoJo the Circus Clown. Cutest ever if I do say so myself.
My sweet little nephew was JoJo's sidekick Goliath.
E was a chili pepper for her first Halloween. We lived in Kansas and it was cold and windy. The good thing about her costume was it was really warm. The bad thing, it was really hard to carry her around in it.
M was a princess.
S wanted to do everything M did back then. I think they make the sweetest princesses. I am glad we have all these pictures. It is really fun to see how much the girls have grown.
Maybe this is where my love of things sweet started. My mom says no matter how far back she moved me, I always found my way to the candy bowl.
I loved all things Strawberry Shortcake. I am so glad she is popular again. I get to play Strawberry Shortcake and My Little Pony with my girls whenever they want. Of course the toys now are so much cooler now then they were back then.
Do you remember these plastic costumes.? I couldn't find the picture where we are wearing the sharp edged plastic masks. I think they would be recalled now days. I am Wonder Woman and my sister Brittany is Ernie from Sesame Street. The other kiddos are our best friends, they seem to be in most of my childhood pictures.
My favorite Halloween costume was a witch. I think I was a witch the most. I am a witch every year now that I am older. Some may say it suits me just fine. But, I hope not!
Of course I have to get sick during a holiday. Today is actually the first day I have been able to stand up with out having a major head spin. I guess I just feel bad for my girls. M had to miss her preschool Halloween activity today. S has been looking forward to being Spiderman for a long time now. Everyday when it starts getting dark they ask me if today is trick-o-treat day. Now I may not be able to go with them. I am hoping Jeremy can take them to the ward activity tonight. Hopefully I will feel better soon so I can blog their Halloween pictures, if they go.
